For the best possible result, upload a clear well-lit photo of your pet. The image should be sharp, with good lighting and a clear visible outline. A portrait-style photo is recommended. 

Kind note: Due to the small size and embroidery technique (punch needle), fine details may be simplified.

Each keychain is handmade and unique, small variations are part of the charm. Please allow a few days for creation before shipping.

Shipping:

All embroidery are shipped via Box Now and delivered to the nearest available locker. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or Viber notification with tracking details and updates on the delivery status.
